Delete your Uniland account

This permanently deletes your account and personal data. It cannot be undone, and it takes effect immediately. There is no waiting period and no way to recover the account afterwards.

How to delete it

In the app
Open Settings → Account, scroll to Delete your account, type DELETE to confirm. Available on iOS, Android and the web.
On the web
Sign in and go to your account settings. Works even if you’ve uninstalled the app.
If you can’t sign in
Email support@blacheinc.com from the address on the account. We’ll verify it’s you and delete it within 30 days, and confirm by email when it’s done.

What gets deleted

Your profile: name, handle, photo, bio, phone number and campus details
Your student ID document and any other file you uploaded
Your posts and comments: the text is erased, not just hidden
Your marketplace listings, hostel adverts, job posts and applications
Your timetable, deadlines, calendar subscriptions and saved items
Your notes, ratings and reviews
Who you follow, who follows you, and anyone you blocked
Every signed-in device and push notification token
Your search history

If you were hosting an upcoming event, it is cancelled and everyone who bought a ticket is refunded automatically.

What we have to keep, and why

Ticket and payment records: Financial records must be kept for tax and dispute resolution. They stay without your name attached.
Moderation records, if you have any: Otherwise a ban could be undone by deleting the account and signing up again.
Threads other students replied to: The row survives so replies keep their shape, but your text is replaced with “[deleted]” and your name is removed.

None of it identifies you. Retained records are attached to an anonymous key, not to your name, handle or email address.
